CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registration fees will be refunded (less a $25 cancellation fee per attendee registration/$100 cancellation fee per vendor booth registration) if the request is received in writing, by email, no later than October 5. NO refunds will be given after the October 5 deadline and no refunds are given for no-shows. In addition, no credits will be given. Substitutions for persons in the same organization are allowed at no fee, but must be sent in advance by email to Elise Manion at elise@oktransit.org prior to the start of the conference.
